ContinuityApp, Inc. (“ContinuityApp”, “Company”, "we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes what information of yours will be collected by ContinuityApp when you use the ContinuityApp Service (the “Service”), how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

User-Provided:

  • When expressing an interest in contacting us via Contact Form or email, your personal contact informations, such as name and email address, will be transmitted to ContinuityApp.
  • When expressing an interest in testing the Service, ContinuityApp requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information via the Sign Up procedure. Personal contact information requested is the email address.
  • When expressing an interest in purchasing the Service, ContinuityApp requires you to provide the Company with personal informations and billing information, such as first and last name, billing name and address and payment card number.

Cookies: as you navigate the Company’s Web site, ContinuityApp may also collect information through sending one or more cookies to your computer. Cookies uniquely identifies your browser, help you log in faster and allow you to fully experience the navigation through the site. Cookies do not collect personal information about you. Cookies are required to use Service.

Log File: as you navigate the Company's Web site, ContinuityApp's servers automatically record information sent by you browser. Informations sent by browser may include Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type and referring pages.

Web Beacons: ContinuityApp may employ clear gifs, used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously.

USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

ContinuityApp uses Customers Data to perform the services requested, for marketing purposes, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.
After terminating or deactivating of your account, ContinuityApp may retain your information, for archival, or audit purposes.

SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

ContinuityApp does not share, sell, rent, or trade any personal information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes. ContinuityApp may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, visited URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with third parties to understand usage patterns.
We may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer and visitors information could be part of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. CountinuityApp also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

ContinuityApp transfers and accesses Customer Data from around the world, including the United States.

MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

ContinuityApp may edit this policy. Changes to this Privacy Policy are notified at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
